West Winds Tennis and Fitness Center is a full service, year round tennis and fitness facility nestled in Central Maryland's rural Frederick County. The West Winds Tennis facility has 5 indoor heated clay courts, 3 outdoor lighted hard courts and Pro Shop. Instructional, recreational and competitive tennis opportunities are available for adults and children. The West Winds Fitness gym holds 22 pieces of Life Fitness equipment, free weights and a personal training staff.


Congratulations to the West Winds BJIL White Team for winning the League!  You all worked very hard all season and it really paid off.  Much thanks also goes to all the parents for their support and dedication to the kids and the team.  Coaches Jay and Karen Beaumont saw tremendous improvement throughout the season in every player.  The excellent team spirit you all displayed this year helped you to make it all the way to the finals and be a part of something very special.  We are very proud of your accomplishments and hope to see you all next season!"
