Step & Sculpt
This is a challenging cardiovascular and full body sculpting workout starting with 30 minutes of basic step and 30 minutes of weight lifting, leg work and stretching. This class is suitable for all levels.
Yoga
This class teaches Yoga poses in a fast paced, flowing format designed to increase strength and flexibility. Suitable for all fitness levels.
Spin
Race your way into fun with fitness! Full of energy, this upbeat stationary cycling workout is great for all fitness levels and designed for beginner and intermediate cyclists. Throughout the week West Winds offers   SPIN as a 40-minute quick workout as well as a full 1-hour session combined with a floor routine.

Circuit Training
Alternating intensity stations are set up to include cardiovascular work on the step and the use of weights, exercise balls, bands and more for the strength training stations. Class is suitable for all fitness levels.
Pilates
The Pilates method of body conditioning is a unique system of stretching and strengthening exercises developed by Joseph Pilates over 90 years ago. Concentrating on proper form, Pilates can strengthen and tone muscles, improve postural defects, increase flexibility and balance and create a more stream-lined shape, especially in the mid-section. Suitable for all fitness levels.
Conditioning
This cardio and fat burning workout is based on body weight and endurance. This class provides great muscle definition and strength training using bands, weights, medicine balls and more to provide an interesting variety. A 15-minute abdominal routine is added to enhance posture and sculpt the mid-section. The routine will be alternated weekly to focus on all muscle groups. This class is suitable for all fitness levels.
