Born and raised in
Frederick County, David has always had a passion for exercise. He began working
out in 2003, when he stood 5’9’’ and 120lbs. Now in 2011 he has put on 100lbs
from diet and exercise. David is a graduate of the University of Maryland with a
bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, and is currently applying for Masters Degree
programs in Strength and Conditioning. He is certified through the National
Strength and Conditioning Association as a Personal Trainer and Strength and
Conditioning Specialist. David is thrilled to work with clients of all
ages and goals.David
competes in Power Lifting, where he has attained several records. These include
two national records in the Raw United Federation in the 220lbs Junior (20-23)
division for his performance in the bench press and overall total. He also has
two state records in the 100% Raw Federation Teenage (18-19) 220lbs division for
his squat and bench press. David’s current best lifts without equipment are a
540 lbs squat, 390 lbs bench press, and 545 lbs dead lift. In 2012 David plans
to achieve “Raw Elite” in the 220lbs or 242lbs weight class, as well as achieve
“Master” as defined by the International Power Lifting Federation.
