Note:
1. $50 deposit is due at registration. The Club will invoice with final confirmation. Full payment is due one week before the registered clinic starting date. Deposit will not be refundable two weeks before the registered clinic starting date.
2. 5% discount if register by April 30. An additional 5% discount for signing up for more than 4 weeks.
Policies
1. Inclement weather: in the event of bad weather check with the website

2. All requests for refunds must be made at least 10 business days prior to the start of the program. A 20% administrative fee will be charged per refund transaction. There are no refunds for missed sessions. Refunds due to medical reasons will need a physician's note. To avoid the administrative fee, a player may ask to keep credit on the player account. Requests for credits can only be made 5 or more business days prior to the program start date. There are no refunds of credits.
3. A minimum of 4 participants must be registered for a weekly clinic to take place.
Terms & conditions
Parents and/or Guardians are responsible for all transportation to and from the Club. West Winds is not responsible for childcare before or after any summer session.
I am aware that using the facilities, services, and/or equipment of the Club involves the risk that accidents, minor or severe, may occur. I understand that certain dangers may arise resulting from or arising out of my child’s use or intended use of the Club’s facilities, services, and/or equipment. I am permitting my child to participate in the activities with my knowledge of the potential dangers and hereby agree to accept and assume any and all inherent risks of property damage and/ or personal injury. I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Club and others listed for any and all claims arising as a result of my child engaging in or receiving instruction in any of the Club’s activities or any activities incidental thereto, wherever, whenever, or however the same may occur.
