Description

Live Ball Clinics - (separated by USTA Level) 

These clinics, offered at set times throughout each week, will focus on faster paced drills and live ball games.  This is an opportunity to improve your game on court while getting in a tennis workout. Sign up now

Shot of the Day Clinics – (Mixed Levels)

These clinics will focus on a single shot each week.  The focus of the drills will be improvement of a stroke, how to use that stroke as a weapon, and how to set up the point around that shot.  The clinics will end with live ball games to implement that particular shot into on-court action!  Sign up now

Cardio Tennis - (all levels welcomed) - TBD

This high energy, face-paced clinic is designed to make you sweat.  Come get a calorie burning aerobic workout on the tennis court.  Be ready to hit ball after ball and get your heart rate pumping!  These clinics are designed to keep everyone on court moving, so all levels are welcome. 

 

Beginner Clinics - (offered for all beginners) 

If you have wanted to give tennis a try, then we would love to introduce you to the game.  Our Beginner Clinics focus on introducing the skills needed to play tennis in an environment based on fun without any of the pressure.

​Advanced Beginner Clinics

Moving from beginning stroke technique to greater placement, live rallying, and serving. Take your skills to the next level as you build confidence for match play!

Instructional Drills  - TBD

This instructional class will solidify mechanics using the entire body to be connected. It will also go over creating different spins and jorneys and when and where to use them.

Doubles Strategy Clinics  - TBD

These clinics will focus on understanding where you should be when the ball is being returned, volleyed, how to place the ball and more.  This is how teams win!  ​
